Life is Short is an iconographic research project exploring the workout practices of incarcerated individuals. Drawing from videos compiled on the YouTube channel of the same name, it examines how the body becomes the last territory of reappropriation, where repetitive gestures quietly affirm one's existence within a space designed to control.
